Hi blogger Vince, wana thank u 4 all the effort u've put in2 this site. Its gr8 ...all the well wishers. I have avoided playing my MP3 player until 2day..plyd Godskitchen...it pumped me up..got me running up the main st of Normanton bak 2 the unit...somethn i ate didnt agree wth me. Got me there thou. Felt hm sik...mist th kids...Nickolas rang up worried bout me..Gabi sent sent a funny txt bout...omg u guys r gona be so buff...dont think she really saw how far this run was. So i guess my attachments is wat challenges me more..well at least till my arse gets sore or somethn. S'pose i beta not hav any more rest days...i get too sooky. u get those pix ok? i beta get 2 sleep...Clappy's snoring now n he'll want 2 get up at 4am..impatient 2 leave wen it doesnt get lite here til 7am. we hav a dingo's breakfast & ride wth lites 4 10 or 20kms then snack & move on..feel weak n heavy after food.
